Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete full-cycle recruitment organization wide.
- Identify and engage passive talent.
- Research new/ trending recruitment and sourcing strategies/methods.
- Maintain an internal resume database.
- Research and identify relevant industry networking events to attend.
- Complete HR Analysis regarding performance, retention, and budget.
- Create and organize filing and tracking for the HR Department.
- Create and update company branding to aid with recruitment.
- Maintain and actively seek opportunities to improve the current positive workplace culture.
- Manage and conduct the employee on-boarding process.
- Assist with improving the current training program and maintaining it.
- Complete staff terminations.
- Benefits and payroll support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ work experience in recruiting required; prior recruitment experience in the Engineering industry is an asset.
- Previous experience with engaging passive talent.
- Familiarity with Boolean search strings is an asset.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Strong relationship management skills are required.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
